All translations, notarised or certified, are based on translator expertise. If you find any errors, we’ll correct them and issue a revised version, but we’re not responsible for any issues caused by the original translation.
If you’re using the translation for legal, academic, or official purposes, it’s your duty to check whether our certified/apostilled translation meets that authority’s requirements.
Transcriptions depend on the clarity of your audio. While you can request changes, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
We clearly disclaim all warranties—both expressed and implied—including those about merchantability, legal purpose, or non-infringement.
Once you make the payment, full refunds are generally not allowed. A partial refund of up to 50% may be granted after review and approval by Notarised Translations UK.
No partial or incomplete work will be delivered if a refund is requested.
Apostille or Notarisation fees are non-refundable after payment.
All translations are delivered via email.
Printed and certified documents can be posted after prior request.
We do not take responsibility for delays caused by postal services (e.g., Royal Mail). Reposting will incur extra charges.
You must clearly send any revision or correction requests in writing.
Check your email (including spam/junk folder) if you haven’t received your documents.
We keep your documents and personal data private. Anything you tell us to keep confidential will not be shared or published without your written permission.
